We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account and enrolment details: name, email address, country and the programmes you enrol in.
• Payment confirmation from our payment partner (we do not receive or store full card numbers).
• Assessment submissions, results and the certificates we issue to you.
• Messages you send through the chat assistant, enquiry forms or email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and referral source, collected through cookies and analytics.

We process your data to deliver the programmes you buy, issue and verify certificates, answer your questions, keep the site secure, and — where you have agreed or where we have a legitimate interest — tell you about relevant programmes and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the link in any email.

We share data only with providers who help us run the service (payment processing, hosting, email delivery, analytics and the learning platform that hosts assessments). Each acts under contract and may use your data only for our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Enrolment and certificate records are kept for as long as the certificate needs to remain verifiable. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
