LSBR School of Professional Development ("LSBR", "we", "us") provides self-paced online professional programmes, assessments and certificates. You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not copy our catalogue, scrape content, interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the site to send unsolicited communications.

Programme pages are generated and refreshed continuously. Fees, module lists and promotional savings shown on a page are the ones that apply at the moment you enrol.

When you enrol you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to study the programme online. Access is for you alone; sharing login details is a breach of these terms and may lead to suspension without refund.

Standard and Fast-Track plans differ only in assessment turnaround and certificate issue time. Both include the full programme content and the same certificate.

• Standard plan: assessment reviewed and certificate issued within the published standard window.
• Fast-Track plan: priority review, certificate issued on the published fast-track timescale.
• Lifetime access and printed certificate options are optional extras priced on each programme page.

Each programme ends with an online assessment. On passing, you receive a digital LSBR certificate of achievement that can be verified from the certificate ID and shared on your professional profiles.

Certificates confirm completion of a programme of professional development. They are not regulated academic qualifications, degrees or licences to practise, and we make no claim that they are.

All fees are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment partner; we never store full card details.

TilGlobal One is a monthly subscription billed in advance until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard and keep the benefits until the end of the paid month.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not submitted the assessment or accessed a substantial part of the programme. Our Refund Policy sets out the detail and how to claim.

All programme content, module material, assessments, designs and trademarks are owned by or licensed to LSBR School of Professional Development. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute or publicly share them without written permission.

We work hard to keep programmes accurate, current and available, but we cannot promise a programme will meet a specific career outcome. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the programme concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
